Open Access Policy

The journal adheres to the Open Access Policy, providing free access to its contents under the principle of making scientific investigation freely accessible to the public, which fosters a greater global exchange of knowledge. The public can read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link the complete text of the articles of this journal without any previous authorization from the editors or the authors. These guidelines follow the Budapest Open Access Initiative (https://www.budapestopenaccessinitiative.org/boai-10-translations/english).

Authors´  Copyright, Access and Reuse

The authors keep copyright of the articles but delegate on the journal the right over the article´s first publication and distribution under the international license: Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0)

The authors can reach other independent and additional contractual agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of the version of the article published in this journal (e.g. including it in an institutional repository in agreement with Law 26.899), as long as they clearly indicate that the article was first published in this journal.

Statement of Privacy

The names and email addresses provided to this journal will be exclusively used for editorial purposes and will not be available for any other purposes or people.

Plagiarism or Redundant Publication: Authors´  Responsibility

The articles to be published must be original and previously unpublished, although manuscripts communicated through congresses´ or other scientific events´ proceedings will be accepted, on the condition that the original text on which the article is based is properly quoted and that substantial modifications have been introduced. These modifications must be explicitly pointed out and the original publication must be appropriately quoted.

At the moment of submitting a manuscript, the authors are required to state that it has not been previously published nor sent to another journal for consideration. They also are required to state that they are following the journal´``'s Policy of sections, in which it is established that the manuscripts must be original. In the case of multi-authored manuscripts, all the co-authors must certify that they accept that their name is shown as co-author and that they have contributed to the intellectual content of the manuscript.

The reviewers are required to pay attention to evidence of plagiarism, as they are familiar with the pertinent bibliography in relation to the paper´s content. In case of detection of redundant or duplicated publications, the editors will follow the guidelines established by COPE | Committee on Publication (COPE).

By sending their manuscripts, the authors assume responsibility for the originality of their contributions, for their full authorship, for the authenticity and veracity of the presented data, and for the correct use of bibliographical references. Once the manuscript has been accepted for publication by the journal´s Editorial Committee, the authors will not be able to withdraw their manuscripts.

Archive and Preservation

The journal files its articles in the institutional repository of the National University of Rosario, Argentina (Repositorio Hipermedial UNR), and will use the LOCKSS system provided by PKP to create an archive which is going to be distributed among participating libraries with the aim of preserving and restoring (Preservation Network https://pkp.sfu.ca/pkp-lockss/).
